True P2P doesn't buffer well.  We are using a traditional CDN supplemented with a P2P network.  Our secret sauce is encoding on the fly, this means instant playback on all devices after upload.  YouTube can't do this.  Additionally, we're the only platform to offer true bufferless video using high power GPU cloud servers instead of CPU cloud servers.  YouTube is not our competitor.

I believe that this project will be successful due to three reasons, a good team of developers, a well-formed business plan, full transparency and openness of the project.

We're using high power cloud GPU servers, while our competitors are using CPU hosting (like AWS, Azure, etc.).  All the software is custom.  It's amazing technologies, especially not having to wait for videos to encode!
