There's a rush of newbies spamming the PacmanCoin thread

I noticed this thread is always on top, so I decided to check out. But the number of posts wasn't increasing, so I noticed some newbie posts vanishing after a couple of seconds and coming back again with a slightly different message.

Those mods or newbie accounts keep on bumping up this shit coin as it has no use but just a rag coin on that dirty floor.

Other than this PacmanCoin, there are too many shit ICOs are running today and hopefully those stupid coins will gone too soon.
