Hi there,
i made my first sale via localbitcoins and a friend told me to be carefrull because if someone pays you with a stolen account or claims that someone stole his account they can close your bank account due to a fraud investigation

has anyone heard of any concerns ?

Try meeting in-person and receiving in-hand cash from next time.
That will rule out any such issues.

i thought localbitcoins was good and safe?

localbitcoins is good and safe for finding someone local to meet for exchange of BTC for local currency.

It's up to you to make sure you don't accept risky forms of payment.

There is nothing that localbitcoins can do to protect you if you choose not to meet with he person paying you and you choose to accept high risk payments.

a high risk payment would be a trasnfer via online banking?

A high risk payment is ANY payment that can be reversed.

Some examples are:
Credit card
Debit Card
PayPal
ACH bank transfer
SWIFT bank transfer
Most other bank transfers
Personal check
GreenDot MoneyPak

Additionally the following can be risky due to the possibility that the received payment could be counterfeit:
Cashiers check
Bank check
Certified check
Money order

i found a couple of people who seem really nice, and have feed back its likly they are the real deal right?

Scammers and thieves usually seem really nice.  If they didn't then they wouldn't be able to trick people.

Scammers and thieves often will do some good exchanges first so they can get some good feedback.  Then once people trust them, they are able to steal a larger sum.  Additionally, scammers and thieves can create fake feedback for themselves.

Localbitcoins was supposed to help people find and buy/sell bitcoins locally.
When you start buying with different methods and you don't actually meet the person and deal in cash you're opened to such problems.

Although I never heard of somebody in the situation above.
Not stolen bank account at least.

There are lots of people with good reputation on localbitcoins who won't risk their business for one customer.
Also cash and facetoface meeting is the best way around.

I always make sure I tell them that I have snipers on a nearby roof.

Just get a buddy with a laser pointer, like in Breaking Bad.  Grin
