Patch for bitcoin for systems with openssl, which is supporting ECC, but missing NID_secp256k1 (e.g. Fedora >= 20).

No need to recompile openssl or install compat libraries on Fedora >= 20.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.
