Is there a link for the 290kb? Thanks.

And i believe the idea is good. krypte is trusted and for sure will help having more ways to exchange btc for dtc.

Transaction 9e73fcdb737b1f26198eaeaa3dcd6d03f3b19fd31fd556e5a468b461542284bb (it spans 3 transactions more), you can find it on the file browser ( https://krypte.net/dtc/file-browser ).

Do you know them ?  Grin

Well, you are right. I was thinking about it the moment i wrote the comment Smiley No i dont! Cheesy

But someone who is active with developing tools for a coin is at least more trusted for me than someone that only operates an exchange!

Google told me who are they Smiley And yes, btw I agree with GreekBitcoin - if cryptrol can establish an exchange in future, it will be much more trusted for all the DTC community than other new exchanges.

So krypte is going to be a BTC/DTC exchange Smiley Thats very very nice!

Althought i know its more work and probably you dont like copy clones would you consider to add also some major other coins to be exchanged with Datacoin? Maybe in the future?

For example litecoin, peercoin, namecoin, primecoin but also maybe dogecoin, earthcoin etc?

It would be nice krypte.net to be a Datacoin specific exchange for other coins...It would be bring many people to krypte services i believe...

Starting on 27/04/2014 the online wallet feature will be dropped.
You have until then to transfer your coins out of the wallet to your own datacoin wallet.
After that date, the funds will be frozen, you will be able to withdraw them by submitting a request on our website or spend them uploading data as always.

Why we do that ?
The risks involved in running an online wallet are high and costly. Our resources are (very) small and we don't want to spend our time in wallet maintenance .
Having more nodes in the network (people running the datacoin-qt wallet for example) will really help.

Just to be absolutely clear, we are not dropping Datacoin support, just the online wallet feature. We want to concentrate our little resources in developing new features and improving the currently available ones.
