Hi,

Does anybody of you know how to get in to contact with somebody from Kraken.com?

I've made a deposit of 250 euros 2 weeks a go and forgot to mention my reference, ofcourse very stupid but shit happens. So imidiatly after I did the payment I send an email to Kraken with all my payment details etc. However, now 2 weeks and 2 reminders later I am still waiting for a response.

On the webiste I can't find a telephone number, does anybody of you know how to get in to contact with these guys besides email?

Don't know any other method. They say they're busy with verifications. They haven't yet responded to my support ticket either.

I'm also not entered my reference code when paying and I wrote them and I am now waiting for the response, it can not accelerate? for example, having to send money back to my account ...
