WHY do they !!

Try to keep your coins..

lost phone so need to remove  two-factor  (lost backup  as well  DOH!)

7 emails later with my passport and photo bittex with date and the last deposit and IP Address..

If you have more than $ 1000, they will ask for more docs(ID, selfie ID + piece of paper "today date.")
Mostly you need the following:

 1. Recent balances.
 2. ID for any withdrawals and deposits "It is better to be new."
 3. Recent IP (It is better to be same login IP).

You have to prove beyond any doubt the account is yours. And they do this. I see no  problem there.
Losing the phone and the backup is already a strange coincidence.

They don't want to steal your coins. They want to prevent you get access to somebody else's coins and they want to prevent somebody else's access to your coins.
You just need a ton of patience and.. next time be more careful Wink

and still NO help from BITTEX

I had the same situation a few months ago,and they responded in like 2 weeks. Give them some time,their support is better than poloniex,they will come back at you. Hopefully you can get your account back in like a month,maybe even earlier..

This is already expected of them, you must have heard the case of the past when they deactivated many accounts without giving a solid reason and did not warn people in advance to withdraw their coins and they ignored all the support ticket that these people sent for explanations, was their right to know why bittrex disable their accounts. so you should already imagine that bittrex ignore your clients is something that bittrex is accustomed to doing... keep your cool and wait for a miracle for them to respond and solve your problem, just do not create expectations

You just need a ton of patience and..

he will need to do yoga not to have a nervous breakdown, because these exchange destroy anyone

You mean you flood them with tickets? That will not help IMO. One ticket for an issue is enough, just patiently wait for their reply. You know these days it is rare to see a reply from exchanges within 24 or even 48 hrs.

By the way, did you submit the ticket from your Bittrex account email?

I had some issues/questions some 6 months ago on Bittrex.
It did take extremely long until I've got help and luckily it didn't involved locked money, since then indeed I may have been not happy. So I somewhat understand the situation.
I assume that their support is still undersized Sad
