This BILDERBERG is a big meeting of big people and elites. To conspiracy theorists it is a meeting of the Illuminati to create the new world order. But what is really the BIlderberg. According to Wikipedia Bilderberg  is an annual private conference of 120 to 150 people of the European and North American political elite, experts from industry, finance, academia and the media, established in 1954 by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands.

Some experts says that this conference is one way of saving Europe from its debt, and the big bankers, industrialists and other elites can help save the economy of Europe.

In relation to bitcoin, we do not know how will they treat bitcoin. This meeting could either bring positive things to bitcoin if they will decide that it is beneficial to society or it could lead to bitcoins doom if they will plan to destroy bitcoin since it is a threat to the banking system. But one thing is for sure they will always move towards having more profit.
