I had send $x000 to OKPAY two weeks ago. But so far, I have not received the amounts of money from OKPAY.
I have wrote so many tickets to them.Except for closing my ticket, they did nothing.and I posted a similar thread on OKPAY forum but got deleted already.Don't understand why they have time to delete our threads but no time to handle our requests.
I try to find the person who has the same problem as me, and search the topic subjet which is under OKPAY on this forum and okpay forum. The resulte is I found lots of people has faced the same problem as me which is they are depositing to OKPAY by banking transfer , none of them has received money from OKPAY.
So I suggest that before this problem solved, please do not send money to OKPAY. If you have already deposite, please call your bank to cancel your transfer. DO LIKE THIS WAY, YOU WILL NOT REGRET. TRUST ME!

they announce that US citizens are currently "on hold" from using okpay services and they should withdraw funds by 31 dec 2013. |

OKPAY very sick.
1, they remove any negative themes in their forums.
2, they remove them or ignore tickets.
They have time to do such a disgusting thing, but there is no time to resolve customer problem
To be honest, I think maybe I'll lose the money.

They do not send me the email PIN either. It is evident that they worked until they got my trust and sent them bigger money.
This is the most disgusting scam, that they conveniently do not send me the email pin. Cannot even login, I am speechless. I could login yesterday, my funds were sitting there no problem but not today...

I could login now, they solved it. They have a scary company policy though regarding information, warnings or rather the lack of it!

same as me.I can't receive their PIN CODE.I have TT the money in Feb.22.But until today it have not credit into my account.Now I can not login in because I can't receive their PIN CODE.My cellphone is new and there is no problem to receive pin code.I don't know how to do. |
