please give me offer ore where can i buy Quark coins ?
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

You can buy them at cryptsy, bter.com etc, almost all of the exchanges that deals with alt coins.  But i would not recommend getting in to QRK now. But hey, it is your money not mine!

Edit:  if you wanted to get QRK for $ then you would need to first buy BTC from bitstamp, btc-e or mtgox.

I am fairly new to the whole alt coin scene. And I would not want to give advice as how to invest your money since honestly I feel you can just flip a coin on what coin to invest in. We never know wich one will be successfull, and what I am doing is investing in a couple of them.  Here is my list:

1. Btc (always good to have something there for the long run, im predicting new highs 2014)
2. Ltc (again, always good to have a couple of them just for the heck of it, maybe it will hit $100 by end of next year?)
3. Wdc (good name, nice features, I think this one can be a top contender later on)
4. Ifc (only reason is that ifc was the one coin that made me go in to alt's, been invested in the community for some time now and alot of great things are going to happen in 2014, also they are dirt cheap right now)
5. Not sure yet.  The choice is between Xpm and Sbc, both are looking great and I might just get both.

anyways thats my list, i would not recommend you to follow it, I believe you have to read up and choose what feels best for you. Dont only check the value right now on coinmarketcap etc, try and invest some time for money, that can be golden.

Cheers
