I can't access my account due to the TOTP one time password being incorrect.

However I cannot get through to anyone at all from bter. Their accounts here are inactive since May of this year, but freeworm has been active about 10 days ago.

No response yet from the emails, not even an acknowledgement. Nothing on QQ.

Yet today they updated their website!

Can anyone help me out in this regard- if you can I'm happy to give you 50mbtc as a thank you.
