After all the updates windows 7 and the latest drivers from ATI 11-7_vista64_win7_64_dd_ccc_ocl,

problem with guiminer poclbm 100% CPU bug? before only 10%.

You could try to set poclbm affinity to one core only, this will reduce it to 25% if you have x4 processor.

08/2011 all updates windows 7 and the drivers ATI 11-7,  poclbm CPU 100%? Sad
