Bter.com BTC deposit not credited to balance

I deposited BTC to Bter.com, it has showed briefly as Processing and disappeared after,

it is the 0.25 BTC, I can see that after receiving it the address sent it somewhere else, anybody has any clues about what is happening to my poor BTC?

I'm afraid never to get an answer from Bter like alot of people are suggesting...

Coins havent been credited and it is not showing in deposit history, it has completly vanished! :S

Somebody else having this issue??

I had the same problem. And it's pretty strange. Maybe Bter has been hacked?

I sent 0.9998 BTC to my asigned address in BTER:



I was waiting for the transaction arrives, and after 3 confirmations all the time I was reloading the website and clicking at Sync.

Later I checked again the transaction and I saw that my money was sent to another two different address. But my money was never show on my account.

I have 0.000 in my balance. I have no deposit recorded in history, and the same for whitdrawals. And my account is secured with 2factor. So where is my money?


I sent 3 emails to the support staff of Bter, but I didn't get answer.

Whay should I do buddies?

I had funds disappear after a trade, little different than you guys but the result is still the same. No reply to any emails either.

Guys im currently "writing" to a chineese guy from the QQ chat thing in.... chineese...indeed. so far i cannot even tell if he really understands or what hes trying to tell me :S omg...

I wish google translate would not destroy what i want to say :S

I will be patient. It's no problem. The reason I was worried is because I received no E-mail back from them. A simple "We are looking into it" would calm me.

I solved my problem contacting them by QQ chat throught the chinese website.

LOL omg, thats so weird... I contacted QQ, but I have no clue if it is because of them that I got my coins back... :S lol

I got them 2 days after contacting QQ, no e-mail no msg from FreeWorm,

But I thinkI found out what is the common point between everybody who`s coins were missing,

I think we all transfered coins from another exchange!! I did, one other did from BTC-e another from a pool I think...

But I didn`t see anybody saying they lost their funds tranferring from their WALLET!

What yu guys think?

But I still didn't get my coins back. Who do I need to contact?
What do you mean by "QQ chat"?

Idk if it is because I chatted with QQ ( ill explain ) that I got mycoins back,

To chat with QQ customer service :

You will need to use google translate to communicate in chineese, ( I talk french and it was translating better than english to chineese )

So QQ is a chat like MSN messenger or ICQ, you can download an english version here : http://www.imqq.com

Afterwards, go onto Bter chineese site ( go up right of the website and change language to chineese )

On the bottom right you will see they offer QQ customer servicewith numbersassigned to them,

In QQ chat software , add these numbers to your friend list :

Customer ① QQ: 930670188
Customer ② QQ: 930625188
Customer ③ QQ: 417677728
Customer ④ QQ: 1091544692
Customer ⑤ QQ: 2795309276
Customer ⑥ QQ: 2753561485

They will get online in China daytime, try to make yourself understood by being simple

At the end of my chat session, I`ve been told he understood and to wait patiently. Like I said i`m not even shure its QQ that made my coins reappear but it did... I also made an e-mail entirely in Chineese but I got no response so my guess is that : YES QQ  did it, but never told me they have.....

what did you tell them?

They just told me that it is my problem with loosing deposits. BTC withdrawals also stopped working for me today.

now all mine BTC has gone from the balance, it says I have 0.

Something going on with BTER

Add me to the list, have BTC locked there, can't withdraw, an error code appears and support@bter.com doesn't answer.

That's amazing, yesterday BTC-E was giving 520,522 errors, cryptsy lagging as always with withdrawals taking ages and now BTER locks BTC withdrawals.
