read a cnn article of bitcoin back in the days of 2013? I forget, but thats basically how a search the keyword google. Then read more about it, then saw youtube videos.
And then finally got more into after reading reddit threads.

I came here to discuss bitcoin and it seemed to be the biggest forum compared to all the others. Many other bitcoin forums aren't very active at all which isn't good for discussion really.

One friend told me about it, and I really liked the community. The fact that you can talk with other people about the crypto world is awesome  . The people is cool, I have been in other forums and they are toxic people, here we got rules and you need to follow them or leave. |

This is the good one and I wonder the best post everyone will read. To tell the truth I don't remember well why I began to write in bitcointalk but with much probability because of communicating with the support of a mining site in which I participate at the time of this beginning. It was PB Mining.

I came primarily just to learn about mining altcoins at first, because I knew that mining btc was pretty much useless by the time I joined... But now that I realize that my old computer is pretty much useless for mining anything, I pretty much just come here to talk about btc/altcoin news. Also, getting paid to post here every now and then is a nice little incentive, but I just like learning about what's going on in the crypto world.
