this litecoin tx is handcrafted to test a litecoin wallet being developed. When sending it via Litecoin-qt (thru sendrawtransaction), I get "Tx rejected (code -22)". I have checked that the coins are not fresh and the inputs refer to an unspent output having 0.01 LTC. Further my client is fully synced.

I want to know the reason it is not being accepted bt QT. Does it not allow tx constructed elsewhere to be broadcasted. Perhaps the signature is invalid (how to test this?)
I would appreciate it if someone (litecoin dev?) could decode the tx and tell me why is it not being accepted?
