Got 3 support tickets opened for over a week, all for the same problem.
They never respond to the support ticket. All I would get is email saying "We are changing the status of this ticket to Closed as we have not heard back from you in 1 hours."

They did not post any response asking me for more info. And even if they did, how can they expect customer to respond to the ticket within one hour? Is not like they send out emails saying the ticket was updated.

They usually reply rather quickly to tickets I've found over the dozens of tickets i've sent them.

Maybe they are ignoring you because you're flooding their system.

Try submitting one ticket and waiting a day or two.

For what it's worth I have heard that they don't like to answer tickets submitted in English.

I have used google translate to resend my tickted about my account, that has been hacked and I have no access to...still waiting on a reply.

Good luck

Try contacting them via skype as well by messaging them your ticket number (worked for me).

I was thinking of using that website but desisted after reading a lot of negative comments and scam warnings.
If you search this forum you'll see what I mean.
Hope you manage to resolve it.  Undecided

I've only ever contacted them in english and have always received a response (though sometimes i have to clarify exactly what i'm asking).

There's no one who has succesfully proven btc-e to be a scam. They may be overwhelmed, busy, poor english, not enough support, etc but nobody claims them to have scammed and was able to back it up.

yes btc-e.support was the one I used but this was about a month ago. I do not know why they are asking for email password this is very strange and I would not trust that myself until someone from btc-e clarifies that is still them on skype.

Maybe in that case the site would be shut down, I don't know but wouldn't like to find out.. Undecided

Besides, when I see dozens of people (only in this forum) complaining about loosing their money to them it definitely doesn't build any trust, specially when that's not the case with several other services, so, I wouldn't be eager to risk it.

Plus, those who don't complain about a scam complain about the imposibillity of reaching their support, in any case, it doesn't look like a smart choice.

btce is not scam. my case with them is extremely complex. yet all resolved within 12 days (from start to finish).

I however agree that unless it is THE LAST RESORT i won't use BTCE.

they simply very busy or something. if all go well for you then perfect. but if there ever problem, don't expect to get it fixed anytime soon.

easy to reach support but no support is given.

'check your inbox again' is NOT SUPPORT

'resend email again' is NOT SUPPORT

SUPPORT IS WHEN PROBLEMS ARE DEALT WITH, NOT BRUSHED OFF AS USER ERROR!

PM'd again while;

You are joking, right? That thread is in Cyrillic!  Roll Eyes

I mean, I'd understand if they only offered their service in that language (whichever it is), but they advertise their service in English, so, they should support users in that language or change the language of their website (or at least warn users that they don't provide support in English).

No, it is not a joke. Russian speaking traders are the main focus of exchange.

Last time I looked their website was in English  Roll Eyes

They should at least let people know if they don't provide support in that language so we can all go about our business and no one has to go through a bad experience or lose time and/or money..

I have received zero support from BTC-e regarding a withdraw that was put on hold by PayPal immediately after receiving my funds in my account. It's been on hold for over a week now...

I have experienced the same problem I have posted a number of tickets for a period of over three weeks. I made a transfer from my btc-e account to liqpay when I wanted to withdraw the money to my card I was told that no p2p is allowed on my bank card. Then I tried transferring the money back to my btc-e account I was told that I had insufficient funds in my account where does that come from. I contacted live chat and I was told to contact privatbank only to be told that the money will be returned to the merchant and was later told that the merchant is interkassa of which I told them that the money did not come from interkassa but from btc-e to date I have not received any response from the damn privatbank. I contacted btc-e support to date I have not received any response from them and my money is being held in by liqpay

How about a bank trace on an International Money Transfer that confirmed BTC-E received funds, despite them denying it for 6 months by email/tickets?
They did themselves a disfavour, it was just a test transfer - had it gone through I would've transfered 10 times more and they could've scammed me then Roll Eyes

I don't doubt many use them without incident, but I wouldn't recommend anyone transfer fiat to them.
