It looks like you have to compile it yourself at this point.  The source code is at

Due to the effort required, the mining is pretty easy for those willing and able to do the compile.


If anyone would like to make some builds and post a link here, that would be helpful.  I am not the snowcoin developer, but will donate 50000 coins each to whoever comes up with a build for each platform (linux, mac, windows).  And 100,000 each for a website, and a block explorer.

Who knows, we might witness a Christmas Miracle.   ;-)
