New as a registered user, long time lurker, figured it was time since I'm getting pretty deep into mining now.

It's easy to learn a lot of new things on this website, I'm hoping I can contribute as well.

Welcome!

I'm in the same boat...long time lurker...I have been mining for the last few months with a BFL Jalapeno that took just over a year from when I ordered it.   I feel like it might be too little too late Wink

Hello..
Same situation here kind-of, I realized I couldn't post without my newb cred.

Anyone know how many posts you need as a Newb to post elsewhere?

Newbie Restrictions
You can only post in the Newbie and Local sub-forums till you have made one post and waited 4 hours. This post must be substantial: at least several sentences. The other two restrictions are you need 1 post to be able to send a PM and 10 posts to put a link in your sig.  You can only post once every 360 seconds to start and there are a few other things that trigger this timer such as logging in and searching.

The newbie restriction is to eliminate spammers I think. Anyways, I have been a long time lurker. I have learned a lot. I started out buying $100 worth of bitcoins just so that it would force me to learn about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. I have 1 1/2 rigs right now. The 1/2 rig is a single video card, but I have a new motherboard that will be able to handle the three video cards so I will have a total of 6 video cards mining cryptocurrencies. I can't wait!

I hope to be able to use bitcoins/litecoins locally pretty soon.
