I think people are getting bitcoin and alts confused. Its pure laziness to do the research if you ask me. I would admit I doubt Bill Gates has the time to delve deep into crypto but if thats the case he should probably think about reserving his judgment until he gets to grips with the technology. Anyway hasn't he spoke positive of bitcoin in the past??  |

Anyway hasn't he spoke positive of bitcoin in the past?? He did spoke positively for Bitcoin in the past as he claimed that bitcoin was better than currency in 2014. I am confused now as to why he is criticizing it now? From what I see he wants to bring btc price down(so he could buy more) and in the near future, I see him claiming that he regrets calling bitcoin a fraud like how Jamie Dimon and J.P Morgan regrets commenting negative things about btc. |

This is from blockfolio lol but i think he wants to spread this news so its not bad and for me i think bill gates still believe that bitcoin is a grater fool theory of investment but we dont need to be scared because theres a lot of billionaire people still believing in bitcoin. |

Bill Gates and Warren Buffet are more interested in driving their own personal agenda's the basis of all their comments regarding Bitcoin and Crypto is to create a narrative that serves them, they have no interest in whats best for everyone. All they care about is themselves and their own agenda. (Their Charitable work is fake, it's so that they can exploit a tax loophole and also serves a marketing engine to make people think they are "decent" human beings")

Do not you get bored of sharing negative news about bitcoin whose source comes from a character who clearly hates and does not support cryptocurrency. Various opinions from the characters are necessary but we should not spread the opinion because it can make the beginner to hesitate to start bitcoin investment and consequently they run from the market and can not make more positive price movements in the future. |

Bitcoins are crazier and Speculative! Impossible bitcoin are not crazier who think like this they are crazy because they wants to rule alone but it has bright future and it’s a developing sector in the world many of them are doing business and trading goods with this & there is nothing about speculative things everything is clear and to all and everyone knows what is happening.

Since Bitcoin is also unpredictable sometimes it makes most of the speculator spin and hurts a lot so when people get frustrated then I think this is the result.--------snip

Yeah what's happening to him? There's a sudden change of his belief and he's now a band wagon. But as the btc price started falling, he stepped back. He is saying all these stuff about btc out of no reason.
This can be just their promo together with Warren Buffett that they already shorted bitcoin after declaring something like this. I know before that Bill Gates once said good things about bitcoin and he has it but now he changed for awhile, there's an intention to manipulate the market and he has his own intentions. |

I always thought that Microsoft Windows and Office were a fools type of investment, but still.... we kinda all use them despite all children flaws they haven't got ridden of over the course of 20 years.....

We have no choice though there are some open source type but we are confident and used to use it. Let Bill Gates call bitcoin the way he wants but it has been proven that bitcoin isn't the way they are talking right now. I wouldn't be surprised if he goes back and says bitcoin is the best investment that each millennial would get. |

I think that's a very wrong statement, and I think cryptocurrency is a very smart investment place, with cryptocurrency or bitcoin we can accommodate and also all invest because we can buy bitcoin with the adjustment of money we have and for future savings it is very suitable .

I agree with you, they do not like to see a richer person. let alone rich with bitcoin, they say because it is so unreasonable and that is a stupid thing. so, they chose to make the crypto market unstable. |

Of course I do not share this judgment of Bill Gates but his words disturb me a bit 'if I think that, according to newspapers, Bill Gates has guessed all the prophecies he had announced over the last 15-20 years.

yes, bitcoin's crazy. Now it has been in a sudden huge dip that wasn't expected. Whole everyone was waiting for the bull run, the market crashed all of a sudden. Most or all coins are down to double digit loss, including bitcoin. So nobody knows in the crypto market, these keep happening as this is a volatile market and nothing goes as expected. So the only thing we can do is to get the right time to buy in and sell when the news comes. This is the way to get profit from crypto market. Yes, that's crazier as said by the Bill Gates.

I ahve gone through the article and saw Billgates talking negative about bitcoin. He is saying so maybe because of the fallen price but i think his speech will not effect the market much and hope that soon bitcoin will rise above all and prove Bill Gates wrong.

People are investing bitcoin and they earn lots of profit from this that’s why big investors are also investing on bitcoin. So i think one negative comment can’t decrease bitcoin demand.
