Has anyone seen any whitepapers or discussions about secure messaging (health specifically if you know) that cover how the blockchain could be used for a decentralized storage of the proof of a message being sent? I have seen some example of how a notary scenario could be replicated using the blockchain and unspent tx but I'm wondering if this could also be used for proving that a secure message was sent.

For instance:
- Party A hashes the message being sent to Party B
- Store the hash (SHA-256) on the blockchain
- Party C can now validate that the conversation occurred by referencing the blockchain tx

I searched briefly and couldn't find any actual whitepapers or documentation.

never heard anything about health messaging before now.  There are so many features that I'm not full aware of that I guess it's is possible.  If you find anything else out on this be sure to post it up, cheers.
