VAX?  You young pups don't know how good you have it. Why, I remember using a PDP-11. Uphill both ways. 6 feet of snow in the middle of summer.

Actually, my first DEC was a PDP 10. I remember both mounting Tapes and putting a stack of disks in drive.

Ahh RSTS/E and RSX11 them was the days...

As a foot note I spoke to VMS customer service today, they claim orders placed today are currently anticipated to be shipped between Feb 20th and March 20th.

You pdp11/MACRO unit people had it so good. We had to run pdp-8/I's with OS/8 and papertape....

I wonder what the hash rate would be on an 8/S.

Chad boxes. Man I remember cleaning those out on the PC01 punches.
