Hello.  On the off-chance that someone in the Midwest (especially Chicago area) would like to take advantage of the fact that I have all utilities paid, I am offering you the chance to move your rig into my place to take advantage of this awesomeness.  Show me a current electric bill from 1 month of mining, and I will let you mine at my place for 40% of your bill.  So, if your bill was $500, I will charge you $200 to mine at my place.

Thoughts?

I just got off the phone with my landlord asking why my power use has gone way up. Told her it was probably the new air conditioners I setup to replace the one she has not returned my calls about fixing.
So I get asked then if I wouldn't mind turning the AC off more often. So my reply was basically along the lines of "Yes I mind, call back again."

I'm so very glad I never bought those rental apartments just after the real estate crash (which looked like a dip at the time) a few years ago.
My luck I'd get people like you.

Landlords know the easy (and just as legal as your "boss" contract) thing to do when power use spikes in a rental is call the police and say you think they are growing dope...

By the way, it's a serious proposal, and considering I would have to meet with the person, it seems far less risky for the buyer than a mining contract.
