You should add localbitcoins.com. That's what I used to buy most of my bitcoins.

BitStamp and Kraken. I prefer Kraken, but they lack volume since they're newish.

What about Coinmkt, they are fairly new I think and I was thinking of giving them a shot. Campbx has been delaying everything lately. You should add an "other" option.
