What are some characteristics of a good cryptocurrency?

1. Decentralization, cannot be manipulated by any people, countries, and organizations.

2. Consensus, the mechanism is endorsed by a majority of people.

3. Bitcoin is the greatest cryptocurrency, it’s not because of its originality, but because of it’s inventor, Satoshi Nakamoto. His disappearance makes Bitcoin becomes the greatest cryptocurrency.

I agree these three points, I think a good encrypted currency its community is a very core content, only the community of the project is strong enough to push the team forward, it is possible to develop more powerful.

I agree with your points on the characteristics of a good cryptocurrency. If it must be called a good crypto, it must be stable, must not be open to manipulation as it is decentralised. It must have a good technological and management field. It must be able to adjust as soon as corrections occurand it must have potentials.

There are many characteristics of a good crypto currency like it can be used globally and restriction free trading also no one control this system and its like a share market users are controlling this market and there is no fraud also can identify the theft. It has lower fees and opens for all.

have seen good team with bad product that has not survived the test of time. Humaniq has been of concern to me in the past year with good team but the product could not survive due to low understanding of the targeted market or community.

It depends, for example I cannot say privacy is always good for a cryptocurrency but I can say governance and decentralization are very important. Low fee is also good characteristics.

I totally agree with this three point regarding cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrencies must need this three sites. Without this I think it needs to be more stable and good technological field. Bitcoin has all these three characteristics but nowadays its value has fallen down but I believe it will recover soon.

What is the relation of the inventor's disappearance to its greatness? BTC was great because of its intention, to serve as a currency, to replace the currency we are using or to stand with it. BTC's greatness is because of its technology and not because of any other reason.

Above three points are strong but as per my understanding a good coin must possess following qualities.

1.Strong and experienced development team
2.Strong community response
3.Must be listed on many exchanges.
4.Must have some practical use for common people.
5.Must have some universal application
6.Must have usability and scalibility.
7.Acceptance by many companies.

Other good things about cryptocurrency is that transactions made are very secured and also because of its anonymity. Also in my opinion. cryptocurrency don't have any boundaries as it can be improved better to be made use in the future that can really change and improve the current form of transactions and systems we have now. If it'll be widely accepted by other countries then I think it's be really used conveniently.

The project must be useful so it can survive in the long run, also the team must commit on their project so many investors will come. A good cryptocurrency doesn’t need to be high in value, as long us the technology is good, it can be big in the future.
