This is why I think 24Change is a SCAM and why I don't recommend using it.
on Dec. 7th I've bought LTCs for $500 USD , I thought that paying the heavy fees worth it since it's an immediate transaction.
seconds after I completed the transaction I've a got a SMS from my credit card company saying I have to call them and approve the transaction , I did it and after 3 minutes the transaction was approved and I've got a SMS from liqpay saying my transaction is approved.
The LTC price turn out to be ~$26.8 USD wheres the BTC-E price at that moment was ~$24USD.
since then I've constantly contacted 24change through various channels including the chat support , Facebook , mail and this forum.
sometimes they answered sometime they didn't.
they told me that the payment is still not approve and directed me to liqpay ICQ to ... a "respectful" company customer support , telling me to go and figure out by my own what's up with the product I've purchased.
yesterday I spent a lot of time trying to contact liqpay and they didn't answer non of my mails and chat kept disconnecting all the time "mysteriously" .
I called my credit card to double check that they've authorized the transaction and found out that not only they've authorized it at the same moment (3 days ago) , the money is already cleared from my account.
today I've received a mail from liqpay saying since my bank did not replied to their message the transaction is cancelled.
I checked it with my bank and no one contacted it regarding this transaction.
now I just hope I will get my $500 USD back.
here is my view of this incident :
the LTC price went up since I did the order so 24change just didn't want to transfer the LTCs to my wallet.
so , summing up .
if you care about your money don't use 24change , it's not immediate , they will take your money and you'll never get what you've paid for if the price of the coin you're buying will go up.
I will gladly provide proofs if you don't believe me.
