Haha, all companies would love you to believe that reselling a product you purchased from them is illegal. Fortuneately that is not the case, or we wouldn't have gamestops, half price books, ebay, used car dealerships, etc... Companies can however make it really hard to resell used products. EA games gives out 1 free online gaming activation code with alot of their new games and charges 10 dollars if you don't have the code(like if you bought it used)

Steam will apparently ban your steam account if they get word that you've re-sold it,  which to me sounds illegal in itself but it's in their EULA so they can get away with it. So given that information it is probably still a bad idea to buy a used steam account, unless you are willing to hire a top notch lawyer and stick it to Steam.

What makes you say this is illegal? It's only against Steams terms of service......not illegal. Please stop spreading ignorance. Those games rightfully belong to the purchaser anyways, for steam to say you can't resell your account is absolutely laughable.

For it being a used account with banned games, you'd probably only get 50-60BTC (max) from it...which is still hell of a deal.
Using the steam calculator doesn't account for selling your account nor the diminishing prices of games (as well as play-ability) nor what you actually bought the game at (discounts).

I wish the seller the best endeavors to selling this account, and if the buyer (or any-one else) would like to buy more games for it...they can talk to me.
[NB (to my store)]: I don't sell accounts, so buying from TheGrapist would be an amazing deal. Unfortunately, I've never had any encounters with TheGrapist, so I can't necessarily vouch for them.
