I finally got my bitcoin mining client setup and running, so i thought. It will go through about 10 accepted at around 90Mhash/s, but then it will stop and give me this error.
"LookupError: Unknown Encoding: idna"
I have no idea what this means. I left my client on all day after getting off work to sleep, and it appears it hasn't done anything since I discovered it was doing this. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Same question: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=360919.0

Answer: don't use obsolete unmaintained guiminer and pointless GPUs to mine .000001 bitcoins a day. Any normal pool would ban you for inefficiency.
