Same as any pump dump. You create a hype around something, the value goes up and you sell at the highest level.

In our case, basically when you hear any "Big" news about bitcoin, it's often a PUMP, once everyone weeds through the hype and calms down, the guys doing the pump have dumped their inventory, and are back in it to buy low to start a new cycle.
