Warning
There is a bug in the system where if you try to withdraw funds, but provide the wrong address, the system tells you the withdrawal failed, but your coins go missing.
I have emailed support several times and it seems that others have also reported to that support are not replying to Emails.
The only other way to contact them is by this forum, but they are not responding to threads or messages on this site either!!!!

Be very careful about using
www.bter.com - they have a bug in their system and they will steal your money!!!!
