I retract my previous accusation. i did find someone who could verify they were legit. My apologies to the guy at BitcoinMinerz.com but the lady at the post office said they had no record of your business and neither did the chamber of commerce. You should really register with them so people who are far away can verify for themselves that you are legit.

As of now i would say it is SAFE to do business with this company. ( guy selling hardware )

If you have a friend who lives near that area why dont you tell me the name cuz its a small town I live in so please enlighten me. I'm the owner of the site and I'm very transparent with my information yes I have a PO box why you ask? Because I dont want my home address used when I'm shipping out products is that a common buisness practice from what I've seen yes it is. Did I register my domain private of course I did tell me why thats a bad idea? I reply to my emails almost dailly espeically for paying customers. I even operate a live chat support system on the main page so you can talk real time if you have an issue with something. Have I delivered every product that I sell your damn right I have. If you have an issue with something need a refund no longer want your order, something was lost in transit all you need to do is contact me or call the phone # that I have in the contact us that actually answers. Please tell me of a single mining company that actually has that how about try calling butterfly labs let me know if they pick up the phone to have a 1 on 1 conversation with you and actually treat you as a individual who is interested in bitcoin.

I have met in person with a few people and even sold them mining hardware. Your scam accusation is crap. Do you have any orders with me ? If you have a problem with it you can call us, This website will be a LLC as of Jan.1st your "friend" who said he has never heard of the company by checking in with the post office is rediculous of all a post office can not give away my personal or sensitve information to any john dick or harry just because they asked.

So please enlighten me what is the problem your having that you believe to call me a scammer if you got an order that was lost in transit or never delivered i'll gladly refund. Just because I want to keep my information private since I am operating as a individual as of now does not mean that I am a "scammer" so go troll some where else cuz so far I see no proof at all in your post where I have scammed anyone. All you found was some simple google research? Is that the best you got?

I've had good experiences with Maidak, I don't see how having Whois protection makes you a scammer...

I have also had good luck with purchasing from Maidak. I have received all the items i purchased from them, and would certainly do business with them again.  The only single problem i have had with them is that on the blue fury order there was supposed to be a .05 btc credit that i never received. but it really wasnt a bid deal to me, i got the product i paid for and am happy.

NOT A SCAM.
Madaik and his site are legit bought blue fury pre-order even months before we got them got it right after he got em and also got a refund in BTC to my wallet for the delayed shipment.  He also runs a known MMO gold/credit site that has been around a while.

Site is only 2 months old in this world that is a long time not like it was just put up yesterday...lol.

A lot of people use blocked whois as spammers use whois info granted its a negative sign when trying to determine if a site is a scam but this site has posts all over of people buying from it/madaik.

Summary:  guy has some sorta axe to grind not sure why and is trying to hurt someone's business which is just as bad as scamming in my book.

I have done dealings with Maidak.  He takes paypal on that website.

So feel free to buy from him with paypal it is your friend.   I have been on  this site more then a year  and I have had my share of shitty sales people fucking me around.

534usd  of My money has been has been in BFL's hand since Jan of 2013 (with the exception of 8 days in march of 2013 I canceled and reordered)  I have 0 from BFL.

Maidak will sell you his red fury sticks with paypal on his site. You will get them.  May be a week late but that is on the builder.

 This is the link

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=361805.0

5 sticks are 199 each  or 995  and 15redfury will lower it to 845   with paypal.    So the op seems to be barking up the wrog tree.

Yeah, I'm sure that "Bogus" address has nothing to do with WhoisGuard being in Panama

I was involved in Maidaks first group buy and it went just fine!!
It was not a scam
it was my first purchase on a group buy on a forum period
he gave me the compensation he said he would
he replied to all my emails within the same day, usually within the same hour even.

Maidak and his business bitcoinminerz.com at not a scam at all and I'm sure hundreds of other can attest to this.

Sorry for this trouble Maidak, unfortunate

So what are you basing your accusation off of that this is a scam?
Because of the whois readout? Did you miss this part of that readout?
"Admin Name: WHOISGUARD PROTECTED
Admin Organization: WHOISGUARD, INC."

Apparently, you've never heard of WhoIsGuard......
And, what is even more apparent, is that you have never done any business with Maidak.

I've ordered products from both his MMOClub.com site and his Bitcoinminerz.com site.
Always receive my product as described and in a timely manner.
Was a part of his first Fury USB group buy - things got delayed and he was prompt in keeping us all updated, and even went as far as to do small rebates for the delayed shipment.

I bought 20 asicminer blades + 2 backplanes from bitcoinminerz.com about 2.5 weeks ago (That was $6600 at the time). It arrived 3 business days later. The only reason I even considered buying from him and not some other place is because he had good trust ratings in his bitcointalk forum profile, and he did not fail to deliver. He has earned my trust. You, sir, OP, are a scammer yourself attempting to slander a legitimate business, and you can go fuck yourself. Smiley

What is going on here... obviously there are many many instances here proving that not only is bitcoinminerz.com a legit site but that the man behind bitcoinminerz.com is a legit business man and a man of honor.  I need to share my story now.  Not only is Maidak a man of his word but on my first group buy with him he worked with me on shipping and correct me if I am wrong, Maidak, he gave me his number and we spoke on the phone.  Since then I have bought from his site in total I think about 5 times.  2 of those times he was experiencing difficulties and my BTC payment did not reach him.  On both occasions through chatting with him on that help support page he has offered to send me the goods without receiving payment, both times I said no sir fuck that I will pay you again it isn't your fault and both times it wasn't. I paid him again because he is honest, and has gone above and beyond anything that any other bitcoin distributor I have worked with has.  (Get that shit from BFL)  On the first occasion he sent me an email from that address that support never uses or checks yea and email wow imagine that.  Maidak has responded to every email and when I bought the rasberry Pi from his site sent me his own personal suggestions from his uses of the PI.   Hell when I bought my PI I ordered the USB 3.0 Anker hub from his site and he personally sent me an email to let me know in his experience the Anker 3.0 hubs didn't work reliably with the PI was I sure I wanted it and if not he would send me 2 of the 7 port ones instead and refund me the difference... I said no sir you send me the 2 7 port ones and keep the difference because your the man.  I respect him, what he does and would have words with anyone against him.

What needs to happen is an op needs to ban this trolling jackass and delete the first fucking post and change the damn title.

Maidak don't sweat this asshole... you know your honest and those of us fortunate enough to have worked with you or bought from you know that as well.  You know I don't live far from you... if you find this asshole lets go knock on his front fucking door and give him back his lost bitcoins.  You don't fuck with a man's family, car, house, or his job/income.  Slander is just that fucking with your income.

Naelr.

Info below, domain launched only 2 months ago. Using photos from e-bay and google images. All the domain info is blocked and registered in panama. they do not reply to e-mails, and have their address listed as a P.O. box in Ohio. I have a friend who lives near where they say they are located. and the Post office there has no record of this company. neither does the chamber of commerce. i can find no articles of incorporation with the state and no info at all.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE YOUR MONEY

Um...  So your point is that they are using images that they took from the web, and the conclusion you are drawing is that they are a scam?  I bought a blue fury from Maidak during one of the group buys here, paid with paypal, and received the stick in a timely manner.  It's hashing now.  Based on that experience I bought a blade from bitcoinminerz.com and that transaction went smoothly.  Of course no one can say what future performance will be like, but the prices were good, he was one of the only guys that would accept paypal, so I gave it a go and had a good experience.  If you have had a specific experience then please describe it, but I would be surprised if Maidak was non-responsive.  That doesn't gybe with my experience.

I can vouch for the company as well. I purchased USB Erupters from him. after a short while i received correspondence that they were out of the stock and promptly received a full refund including the transactions fees! I can post the blockchain transaction if necessary for people to believe that this is not a scam.
