ethplorer.io not shown receiving tokens

I have an problem in ethplorer.io, Chart bar shows one day 3 transfer and after 2 days 2 transfers but the tokens are not in Transfer and as well as in Tokens Balance section. What is that means? Please guide me

Don't take your MEW address and search on ethexplorer website. Instead go login to you MEW wallet at there you can find the link for etherscan and ethexplorer link on the right side of the page.
As I remember ethexplorer to find the ethereum balance on the wallet with this.
Then you can find the token balance by clicking the etherscan link at there. Check inside the wallet and confirm mate. All the best.

i also experienced the same challenge with a GES coin that was paid to my wallet but the ethplorer.io didn't show it, i used an application to view it but when i finally added it to my tokens it did show and when i sent it to another wallet , it  appeared on my ethplorer.io interface. thanks

It should be possible that the browser has a problem, and that every transaction in the blockchain is recorded without losing your encryption.

The problem is not in the browser but i just think the ethereum explorer can't get the recent update about the wallet itself. This has already happened with so many people in my experience.
Some people are trying to check it manually through use MEW and sometimes MEW can't even show the balance and that's very similar to that case.

I've experienced this too. In this case, I use https://deltabalances.github.io. This shows all the coins which I never see in ethplorer. Obviously many of these are airdrop coins.

for now it is back stable, a few days ago to see our tokens ethplorer.io can not, the solution, use etherscan.io to see our token. ethplorer.io is not stable since myetherwallet is hacked. so ethplorer.io is also affected.

it sometimes happens because of the tightness of transactions in ETH blockchain, you need to add GAS or wait longer.
