Hey everyone,

I'm trying out a bitcoin faucet script at BTC http://btcfaucet.robertattfield.com/, and thought I would post it here for those interested in viewing it. At the moment, I only have 0.002 BTC, which isn't enough to put into the faucet (I need at least 0.02 BTC), so if anyone can help out with a donation I'd be very grateful. If your donation is more than 0.0005, you will get permanent ad spots on the faucet. If donation is less than 0.0005 but more than 0.00025, you'll get an ad spot for 6 months. If donation is less than 0.00025, you'll get 3 months ad placement. You will need to send me an email (available on the faucet) with your BTC address (so I know who you are) with your details.

I plan to do some S.E.O and social media promotion before there is enough mBTC to pay out to others.

I hope that this faucet will eventually get more people into bitcoins, and perhaps produce more benefits for people who choose to donate Smiley.

Have you tried getting some coins from other BTC faucets? Tongue

I will be promoting everyone to NOT visit your site.  You're a newb, do not start a faucet if you only have 0.002 BTC.  You're going to run dry in a few days or weeks, and I'm surprised others are still using MyFaucet clones.

True... I just thought I would upload the script and test it out. Fair enough, I probably need more than 1BTC to make it worth anyones while. I plan on buying BTC with the income I get from my job, so until then I'll be making some mods to the script (ones that don't violate the T 's and C's of the owner).

Admins: Feel free to delete this thread if need be...

Good Luck.  Sorry for being harsh, it's just that I've known many users interested in starting a faucet only to lose all their BTC days later and all the donators aren't very happy either.

Learn some more about bitcoin, try other faucets, and do some testing before officially lauching a full-scale faucet.  Once again, Good Luck!
