BTC38 pts withdrawal lapsed ~2 weeks

I withdrew about 36 protoshares from btc38 on 11/30/13 to cryptsy. The withdrawal just says lapsed where all other withdrawals say credited to account. I have submitted 3 tickets and all have been answered with the same: "Hello, do you have any questions about it! Thank you for your support!". I'm typing my tickets in English but I really feel like that shouldn't be that big of an issue. been pretty patient and I'm not really sure where to go from here. If anyone could help that would be great.
