Because the people who run bitcoin.org were embarrassed by the super high troll level in here.  Rightly so.

Ah now I understand why the Forums link on bitcoin.org merely links a google search for bitcoin forums since a while ago. 

Why don't they go all the way and use lmgtfy.com then.
