I'm using asteroid on my mac to mine script, but i've noticed that while my miner always stays about on 90 khs whatever pool I join online shows my worker as having more like 8-15 khs. Why this disparity, am I missing something silly here?

It could be representing your hash rate wrong in Asteroid, what does it say in MacMiner?
It's both exactly the same, if I use macminer and use the BFG miner then it picks up my GPU and is about 80kHs, but this still shows up in
every pool as only 8-15kHs. however I noticed something (maybe?) odd in the BFGminer code as it ran via macminer, it seems to be trying to connect to other pools than the one I specified.

I notice that even though I only input the info for the anoncoin pool it shows up as "
http://mining.harvestcoin.com:9327" still, any idea why?
And since your here is it pointless to put the url for the script stratum proxy for mining anoncoins in the BTC box as this uses a different code than the LTC box on the right?
