Copy wallet.dat out and backup it, and try restarting bitcoin.exe. If it still crashes, delete the blk0001.dat and blkindex.dat and restart.

没有遇到过，不过好像在什么地方听说过，因为win7下中文版的bug吧，据说删除中文语言包就可以了，可以试试
重要的是把钱包保存好，这样随便怎么重装都不会有问题，否则在大街上把钱包丢了，找回来的可能性还是比较小的
语言包在C:\Program Files\Bitcoin\locale
