No,  color scheme is okay and the gradients and shading are okay.   Will you be a bit more constructive?!

I have no say in it, it's not my coin, I was merely making a joke on behalf of what you said, to lighten the mood, apologies if you mistook that for an offensive jab at either party involved in the image, the creator or the judge.

Not as good as I had visualized.  Scratch suggestion about the arrows... too complicated.

Maybe the previous one, just make the i bigger and use a circle.  Exten the X all the way to the end of the circle.   (Like the X in X-men logo)

My apologies for being nitpicky but a quality logo is important.
