Eastern USA.  I can probably ship to Thai.  Though you may need to pay for shipping if it's going around the world.

Just got an approximate for shipping and it came up to be $750 via Fedex, don't know how feasible that is.

Reliable international shipping of something of this size won't be cheap. Probably looking at a 25 pound package at the -minimum-. Going to guess dimensions of 24x18x14, and even then I think that's conservative. From USA to Thailand, Fedex Economy or Priority is about 400 bucks. UPS is about $600-$700. USPS Global Express Guaranted (fedex based) is about $300. Other methods may not be possible, due to physical size/mass/value.
