[Paypal] Need help NOW!! to get Paypal funds out for Funding Neptune GB

Hi,

My Neptune GB is only $2500 from being funded. I have several GB'ers that have Paypal funds that want to buy, this includes one buyer who sent me $1500 that I will have to wait 3-7 days before it is transferred into my bank account. We need someone who is trusted who will act as an arbitrage so we can get BTC for the Nebtune purchase.

We have been working really hard to get this miner bought, hate to lose it now. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
