I see a lot of crap on SiriusXM. I would love to see a BTCXM station.
Gifs are already supported using http://www.sstv-handbook.com/

I don't see the radio station completely replacing this forum yet, but hopefully by next Christmas.

Not supplant but coexist with.  I will always prefer to read than hear.

I guess a professional voice person could just read your replies over the air to people who choose to completely switch to voice only.

Why would you ever want a radio station to replace this forum??

Any forum is much better than radio, why restrict the output of information to a few people in control of the radio station..  With this forum everyone has equal say.

I honestly don't think I'd listen to any bitcoin radio station, just as i take any YouTube channel or eqiv with a large pinch of salt, things will always be one sided in favor of the producers opinion.

The same people who control this forum will control the radio station. Many people do not have the knowledge of creating a bitcointalk forum account, let alone participate. With BTCXM the masses can listen to bitcointalk with minimal mental effort.

I support equal access. All people can post and reply and mods must react after the fact by verbally revoking a message.

I just don't understand the comparison.  The two forms of communication are completely different.  This is 2-way, radio is 1-way; I can talk to you while someone else posts something else...I mean it's worlds apart here.

Are you describing an interactive reader?

I wish I had the golden pipes!  How much btc do you guys think someone would pay per month to have an hour long nightly audio summary of the more elevated and coherent (aka the good ones) conversations form the board?

You wouldn't be able to chose the topics, and I wouldn't like to hear about bitcoin all the time. I'm listening to music right now, and most of the day, let's keep it that way.

I used to be a citizen and a taxpayer. Those days are long gone.

There is already an outstanding resource:

http://letstalkbitcoin.com/

download Pod Cruncher on your iphone and subscribe to Lets Talk Bitcoin and listen via AUX/Bluetooth in your car when you run errands.

Well thats what I do.

------------
To OP ... lets talk bitcoin is holding "auditions" for people who want to start a bitcoin show ... just like the one you describe.

There's a decent reward for the best one too ...
