Best mining pools in Europe for Bitcoins and Litecoins ?

I am still in denial on should I build a GPU mining rig with like 4 good GPUs to mine Bitcoin or Litecoin.

Or is it better to buy a lot of usb Block Eruptors to mine Bitcoin. Any help would be appreciated.

And the most important, which mining pools in comparison of stability/fee are the best in practice in Europe?

Thanks for the info. I think I have used this pool before.

I had another question about the hardware.
Say for example one assembles a mining rig with 4 GPUs, like gigh end, 4x7970 series.
Total performance of that we can get 2.8GH/s.
I have seen the online calculators, that kind of machine could give a mining reward of like 15USD during a day.

Is it worthwille assembling a couple of these machines or doing some ASIC investments.
