yes the only thing they can do is block the exchanges from giving you real money!  or transforming real money to bitcoins ...

another thing i believe is that they comment against bitcoin - every now and then - so that the price drops and then rise again

If they block the exchanges, then I'll rely on Localbitcoins to convert my BTCs to cash. Nothing the EU can do about it.
