I purchased few card from this seller, received them quickly, everything seemed to work, was able to withdraw money from paypal, but then card is no longer usable, every time I insert it ATM I receive error and money is still there and I can't get it out. Customer support in their website is terrible, you are lucky if you receive answer after week. So think before buying these PLN cards because they will get blocked with your money inside.

Total that can be loaded in one year: 2500 EUR / 3500 USD
Maximum Balance: 2500 EUR / 3500 USD
Daily withdrawal Limit: 150 EUR / 200 USD
ATM Withdrawal fee: 2.5 EUR / 3 USD
Currency Conversion: 2.8% (applies to transactions not in cards currency)

After loading and withdrawing/spending 2500EUR/3500USD card won't take any more funds until 01.01.2014 then limit resets and you can load it and withdraw again.

Its possible to set 10 cards to one person but you could also use multiple cards on multiple identities if you need.
