Due to low community in Latin America about Bitcoin, Blockchain and cryptocurrencies programming language. We have decided to create a Foundation in order to guide, back, support and help projects based on Blockchain technology. That the first objective of the Foundation.

We all know the Spanish-speakers community is very low and also the correct knowledge whether we talk technical and technologically.
This Foundation will also have its own project and ecosystem. But the purpose to post the thread is to read opinions about,

What opinions and ideas you can give about services this Foundation can provide for the Blockchain Ecosystem?

Given your introduction I think the first thing you should do is somehow post some reading materials on your site pertaining the history or anything about bitcoin and blockchain. It is very important that the people will understand first what is bitcoin/cryptocurrency and what is blockhain technology. Also I guess its important that you should also have some representative in every regions and also in schools so that you can have a wide coverage.
