I downloaded the Namecoin  client and haven't put any coins into it yet. When I go to start button on windows then programs, it's not listed with the programs. I was able to find it because I did copy a shortcut to it with the start items.  When I open the program it says that it does not have a valid certificate.  Is this normal?
