I agree with you. What kind of a stupid question is this? Is op even serious? This is obviously something which might never happen since this is the internet we are talking about. If there is a problem related to internet services, it can be rectified immediately. This situation is not plausible at all. I feel this can happen only if the entire world gets plunged into chaos due to world war 3, but people will still figure out a way to reactivate internet services. i think that is a doomsday for cryptocurrency world. no activity, no investment, no buying, no selling. and i dont think it can be restore same as before again cause the system has broken. need a long time to make it normal again.

If by instance internet was destroyed by a disaster like natural calamities, for sure electricity will be shut down and Cryptocurrency transaction will all be cancelled by that time and there is nothing we can do about it. The only thing we can do for such disasters is to wait for everything to go back to normal. Just make sure you and your family is safe because that's the most important thing.

There are also possible problems that the cryptocurrency holders may encounter if the internet is finally restored, like lost passwords, hacking and inaccessible sites.
