I've seen some wikis showing Radeon HD 7770 around 170-180Kh/sec but with these tweaks its up to 195Kh +

In Windows go into Catalyst Control Center, Performance, AMD overdrive, check enable graphics overdrive.

GPU Clock is set to 955mhz Memory set to 1500mhz (or 1365 read below)

cgminer --scrypt -I 16 --thread-concurrency 8000 -o stratum+tcp:..

I've tried higher and lower GPU clock settings but the hash rate goes down, maybe others can do better with tweaking and get it passed 200Kh.

On newegg the card is listed as GIGABYTE GV-R777OC-1GD Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5

Follow this guide to get it to start mining http://www.cryptobadger.com/2013/04/build-a-litecoin-mining-rig-windows/

Those temps look really high, not sure why its that hot.  I think there are different revisions for this card.

This is how mine looks, did you get your Kh number to 195+?

Yeah man same here. I can't take waiting much longer it's killing me. I want to go from my horrible hashrate to something decent so I have somewhat of a chance to get coins.

You still need a better card to lower time it takes to get coins

Litecoin it took this card about 8-9 days to get ONE a few weeks ago, yes just one, those litecoin calculators show you LOSING money on electrical bills mining only this card alone.

Thats why people have 3 R9 280x in their system (about 2000Kh combined), they can lower it down to a day or two days to get a coin but those 3 cards also cost $1000 or more lol.

Well I'm quite embarrassed but the reason my card was running so hot is because well you guessed it... It was full of dust lol but I blew it all out and now it runs at a consistent 70c and I get 197kh/s thanks for the help on setting it all up :-)

I was getting around 70c-74c but noticed mine was also dusty

I just cleaned my card, pretty easy to do

There's 4 screws on back that take off the heatsink/fan - cleaned off old thermal paste with Isopropyl alcohol applied some artic silver put fan/heatsink back on

Now getting 59c and hash rate seems better to by 1 point lol

My Gigabyte HD 7770 is stock overclocked to 1050MHz on the GPU clock and 1125MHz on the Memory clock. I get 210Kh/s (on scrypt, or 110Kh/s on scrypt-n) at intensity 15. If I use a config file it blue screens when I stop mining however, so I use parameters instead. I've left everything else to default, but I'll try the settings as mentioned. I doubt I'll be able to squeeze out more though.
