I want to set up my own personal private p2pool for myself and friends.

What do you need to get started? I have the VPS already set up, and client compiled already as well. Just need help with the p2pool part.

Matter of fact, I have everything pretty much set up except for the networks.py

I don't know what edits are needed to make the altcoin work.

So if anyone can help me set up that part, I am willing to pay the bounty as well.
