Is it broken? I had a customer create an order last night (he actually placed two orders), but I never got the usual call-back from API. I emailed him directly to follow up with and this is what he said:

Any idea what's going on?

Did you ever get a resolution to this?

I have no experience with Blockchain.info's Receive Payment API, but people told me that they can fail or be slow.  I'm thinking of using it to accept payments, but now I'm wary.  Have you had bad experience with this?

It's really intermittent. It's not often that it doesn't work, but when it doesn't it's really infuriating. Especially if you tell customers they only need 1 network confirmation, then the api decides not to forward the transaction for 4 hours. At the end of the day though, it's probably the best of a bad bunch. No other real viable alternative. Coinbase's is buggy as hell too.
