Can't login either.
PIN send doesn't work
Reset password doesn't work
Can't email them (need to log in to do that)
Their telephone number doesn't even ring - number unobtainable

Many users these days are complaining about Okpay. On an average I see one thread everyday about something going wrong or selective scamming by Okpay.

Maybe they've actually started scamming? Or are they just having "too many problems"?

Update..

Login problems were resolved after the weekend.
My withdrawal to bank eventually went through ok - big relief
The query that I had posted by email to them eventually got answered after after a week.
So all in all could have been worse.
I'll probably continue to use them but keep amounts held low.
